Edinburgh £25,000 - £27,000 Hybrid 2 days from Home Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm What Does the Internal Recruitment Coordinator role involve? As Internal Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the internal hiring for one of our RPO’s recruitment processes. It will be your responsibility to coordinate and facilitate a range of activities related to the hiring of current employees. The role will involve working closely with hiring managers, internal candidates, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Experienced recruiter comfortable working in fast-paced challenging environments. • Ability to manage client stakeholders whether hiring managers or internal candidates. • Ability to collate data to create engaging reports, and influence clients’ decision making. • Experience co-ordinating internal recruitment activities. • Expertise in recruitment practices including internal mobility initiatives, recruitment models and best practice recruitment • Ability to understand the customers organisation and resourcing strategies.
• Role Briefing: Engage with hiring managers to fully understand candidate requirements. • Job Posting: Create and post job adverts on internal careers site. • Application Screening: Review and screen applications to identify suitable candidates, advise hiring manager on all applicants. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage all rejection feedback, make initial offer. • Communication: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates when required. • Talent pooling: Talent pool unsuccessful candidates for future opportunities. • Reporting: manage activity reports and provide to RPOs.
