Our office is conveniently located on Whiteladies Road in Bristol, offering excellent transport links and a modern workspace. Clifton Down Station is just a short walk away, and the area is well-served by numerous bus routes, making your commute straightforward and hassle-free. The neighbourhood is lively and full of amenities, with a variety of pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby.  

We are looking for a creative, graduate calibre person to craft engaging job adverts and generate innovative ideas. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint while being able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Self-motivation is key, as is being detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Evaluating Channel Effectiveness: Assess attraction channels using CRM reports and Google Analytics.
• Developing Strategies: Collaborate with stake holders on candidate attraction strategies.
• Planning Media: Research and implement new channels, liaise with suppliers, and manage costs.
• Expanding Social Media: Grow our presence with a focus on SEO and engagement.
• Monitoring Performance: Track and report on ROI for advertising spend.
• Managing Technology: Oversee job posting technology, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborating Creatively: Work with the employer branding team on new collateral and assets.
• Innovating Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Engaging Diversity: Develop strategies to engage diverse candidate pools.
