What You'll Do:

• Handle inquiries from candidates, clients, and suppliers via phone and email.
• Process and raise invoices quickly and accurately.
• Allocate daily receipts and manage data entry tasks.
• Keep spreadsheets up-to-date and assist with staff expense postings.

Who You Are:

• Strong communicator, confident handling queries by phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy.
• A team player eager to learn and grow in a finance-focused role.
• Bonus: Experience in transactional accounts or a finance-related degree.
• Bonus: Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, V-Lookups).
