Our CSR group meet weekly and design their own initiatives for a better workplace. The focus is to implement change for our employees, for the environment and for the community. These initiatives are staff led and range from the ‘RSG charity of the month' and fundraising events to team sports training and competitions, dress down days, pub quizzes and annual parties.
