Required Skills & Experience:

This role would suit someone who is accurate and has a keen eye for detail, and can comply with internal processes and deadlines, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential skills:

• 2+ years experience in a transactional accounts finance position, ideally within the recruitment sector
• Experience in both sales and purchase invoicing, client payments, and payment runs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Desirable skills:

• AAT Qualification

Key Responsibilities
  

• Provide daily support to the Pay and Bill team
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing across multiple client accounts
• Allocate daily receipts accurately and efficiently
• Manage credit control processes
• Prepare monthly payment runs
• Handle queries professionally and promptly
• Process staff expenses monthly
• Undertake ad hoc finance tasks as required
