Operations Lead – Join Our Dynamic Service Delivery Team
£32,000 per annum

Step into a pivotal role as an Operations Lead, where you’ll enhance operational workflows, and engage directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact.  Your expertise in recruitment administration and process improvement will drive excellence across our accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide vital administrative support to multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Act as a key operational contact for escalations and complex queries, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Team to integrate client requirements into seamless operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality account documentation including guides, templates, and governance logs.
  • Lead process improvement projects that deliver measurable value through automation, simplification, and migration initiatives.
  • Own and update core documentation and manage change control processes with agility and precision.
  • Support leadership activities such as resource planning, performance reviews, coaching, and recruitment.
  • Prepare and present recruitment data for Quarterly Business Reviews, helping to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Occasionally present to clients, showcasing your expertise and fostering strong relationships.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in administration with strong organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Leadership qualities including coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experience in project coordination, process mapping, and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
