What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing client relationships
• Winning and managing recruitment opportunities
• Sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Developing talent pipelines within your specialist market
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience

  
What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience
• Experience within an agency recruitment environment
• Ambitious, commercially minded and relationship-focused
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative team player who enjoys a social and supportive culture
