About the Role:
As a Junior Resourcing Business Partner, you will deliver tailored recruitment solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for all recruitment activity, you’ll build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and effective end-to-end recruitment process.
In addition to supporting day-to-day delivery, you’ll contribute to the wider Resourcing Function—sharing insights, promoting consistency, and enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
