What does the Engineering Talent Solutions Partner role involve?

As an Engineering Talent Solutions Partner, you’ll act as a true extension of our client’s Talent Acquisition team, delivering end-to-end recruitment across engineering and technical disciplines.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, provide market insights, and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. You’ll take ownership of the full hiring lifecycle while helping drive continuous improvements across processes, diversity initiatives, and talent attraction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience recruiting within engineering or technical domains (e.g. software, systems, data, infrastructure)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working in embedded or RPO environments
  • A consultative, data-driven approach with the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies aligned to market conditions and diversity goals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • Passion for providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers and TA teams to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and team requirements
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across engineering roles
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned to client EVP and market insight
  • Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment partner
  • Lead role briefings, intake sessions, and hiring reviews
  • Provide insight on market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking
  • Support workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience aligned to client brand and values
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with HR, DEI, and employer branding teams to align hiring with wider business goals
  • Identify and implement improvements across recruitment processes and stakeholder experience
  • Champion diversity, equity & inclusion through inclusive hiring practices
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Mentor stakeholders or junior team members on recruitment best practices
