Contractor Care Consultant

Location: Bristol HQ (occasional travel to Swindon – all expenses covered) 
Full-time | Hybrid working available 
Salary – £25057.50

We’re looking for a Contractor Care Consultant to join our growing team in Bristol. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our contractors throughout the onboarding and compliance journey — making sure everything runs smoothly, legally, and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Guiding contractors through onboarding with exceptional customer service 
• Building rapport and being their go-to person throughout the process 
• Conducting reference and screening checks from start to finish 
• Producing contracts, extensions, novations, and terminations 
• Ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements 
• Working closely with internal teams to drive efficiency and contractor satisfaction 
• Working with different brands within the business 
• Maintaining trackers and SharePoint records 
• Supporting contractors with queries related to payments, extensions, and more 
• Continuously identifying and suggesting improvements to our onboarding processes 
• Keeping audit-ready records and reporting regularly on contractor progress

• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment 
• Confident with MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) 
• Proactive and resilient mindset 
• Team player with a strong work ethic 
• Proven ability to learn and develop on the job   
• Experience in contractor recruitment or onboarding (desirable but not essential)
