Our continued success in Cardiff has resulted in the need for an additional Consultant to support with our ongoing requirements within the IT and Technical space. The opportunity • If you have been working in a typical 360 position this is a chance to move away from transactional recruitment and take your career further than you have been able to in your current environment. • The Sanderson Cardiff office has been running for 7 years and has had considerable success in that time, so there is an existing portfolio of clients to leverage and a strong brand to represent. There will be work to deliver into from the offset and vast scope to further develop the market and your position within the organisation. • There is opportunity for this new hire to develop into a leadership role through demonstrating their understanding of our business and customers, working cohesively with the team and ultimately teaching through example, leading from the front and inspiring peers to push their careers forward.
Who you are This is a true business partnering role working with existing clients as well as building your own portfolio of new businesses and good quality, senior candidates. This is a warm desk, growth opportunity with a succession plan. You’ll support the team in servicing long term existing clients as well as new clients who are frequently acquired in the regions. You’ll already possess:- • Recruitment experience in technically complex vacancies preferably within IT • Creative approach to resourcing outside of the traditional methods, including head hunting, seeking referrals etc. • The ability to generate market information and leads. • Excellent relationship building skills, across all levels, both internally and externally • You’re known for your professional approach and you don’t need KPI’s to motivate you to achieve your goals.
