The Opportunity The Pre-Employment Screening team are an essential function supporting the recruitment delivery process. They manage the extensive process of ensuring all relevant Pre-employment Screening requirements are obtained. This role will be managing the Pre-employment Screening for contractors. You will need to be able to constantly assess and progress a candidate’s current screening status by contacting candidates via phone, email and face to face to gather the necessary information and documents; liaising with consultants to bring candidates up to fully compliant status; keeping accurate up-to-date records on our database system and preparing files to for audit.
