Who we are
We opened an office in Leeds at the beginning of the 2018 within ‘The Platform’, the city centre based digital hub of the Leeds technology population. The aim was to grow an office in the city that could offer local businesses a recruitment partner who would care, build long standing relationships and embed ourselves in the digital community. So far we’re succeeding. We placed over 80 people in year one, moved to a bigger office in building and have started to build some amazing local relationships.
We are a small, close knit office with some high quality recruiters. We get on well, leave egos at the door and genuinely care about the success of our colleagues. We believe whole heartedly that our consultants should be immersed in the field that they recruit in, love attending events and spending time with our clients to understand their proposition.
The opportunity is for a rounded recruiter, who has ability of generating new business (and filling it) to join the team. You’ll be given the freedom to generate your own business as well as enjoy managing the whole candidate journey from inception to delivery. We also want you to enjoy being here!
You will have full autonomy on your time, and flexibility to work the way that suits you. We have placed ourselves in a co-working space to afford this flexibility. The reality is, you could build a business simply by speaking to the amazing tech/digital businesses in our office space.
Who you are
If you’re an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of successfully building your own portfolio of new businesses in your chosen field then this is the opportunity for you.
You may currently be working in the IT or Digital space in the Leeds region and seeking a new environment where you can make your mark.
Alternatively, you could be a successful recruiter in another field, with a desire to apply your skills to IT/Digital within a region of the UK offering the most aggressive growth market in technology. You’ll benefit from strong leadership, boasting a wealth of expertise in the IT/Digital recruitment industry.

We’re aware that it’s a huge jump for an experienced recruiter to join a new business, and that you won’t have a CV. If you’d like to come and say hello, meet the team and have a look around as a starting point then that’s fine.
