The Reading Office is based in Central Reading in Davidson House.
Due to the ongoing success of the Reading office and the growth of our client portfolio, we are looking for an energetic and resourceful recruitment professional to join our expert team, this role will sit within our IT and Business Change division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking recruitment professional who gains a sense of pride and satisfaction from both individual and team success. You’ll be set up for this success through an established client base and strong leadership.
This is a true business partnering role, working with existing clients as well as building your own portfolio of new businesses and good quality candidates.
Who you are
Ideally, you’ll already possess recruitment experience in a white collar/professional services environment or a background in resourcing for technical vacancies.
However, you may also currently be developing many relevant skills in a sales position. In Sales, you’ll already be known for your customer service ethic, proven ability to build client relationships quickly and for the long term, and you regularly exceed your own personal standards.
The ideal person for this role will be known for their professional approach and ability to manage their own time without the need for KPI’s to motivate you to achieve your goals.
